What are the statistics so far regarding successfully preventing unwanted pregnancy?

Interested in the product, I am a 24 year old South African male. Would like to know if this product has been successful and percentage wise, what is the level of success? Further, if sperm is blocked by a switch from leaving the penis where does it go? Surely not back to the testicles? Does it not cause a hormonal imbalance? With my little knowledge of medical things I understand the testes provide testosterone, how is the productio of testosterone affected by the Bimek?

With the Bimek SLV nothing changes with the tetosterone production and the sperm production in the testicles. Even the amount of sperm expelled, the appearance, the smell and the liquid properties remain the same. When the valve is closed, the sperm transported in the vas deferens are diverted outwards into the scrotum where they are biologically degraded as foreign bodies. Only these sperm cells are missing in the expelled sperm. Its volume share is so low at a maximum of 5% that no one can detect it.
Only with a microscope one can determine whether sperm are present or not. But who uses a microscope during sex?
